I read reviews that the wheels were cheap and broke off when using. It wasn't a concern to me as I didn't plan on moving the hamper, it was going to be stationary BUT I opened the box, pulled out the hamper, and YUP, wheel was snapped off and sitting in the bottom of the box. For $60, no thank you. My husband thought he could remove all the wheels and the hamper could just sit on the floor as we had planned but then it wouldn't be the height we had wanted and for the price I wasn't even entertaining that idea. Cute concept, love the style, probably cost about $15 to make - IMPROVE THE QUALITY of the wheels!

I have one of these baskets that I purchased in a local store and loved and wanted a second one so I purchased this one on Amazon recently. The box arrived promptly and the box was in perfect condition. However, when I opened the box the basket wheel was broken. The welds on one of the wheels are not intact and the top plate which the wheel is attached to is bent in a way that prohibits that wheel from turning. So, it can not be wheeled anywhere. It’s very disappointing because I bought this basket because of its ability to be wheeled to the laundry room in my home and because it is really pretty. I paid nearly $60 for this basket so I really hope this is made right by the seller. It’s a beautiful basket and sturdy when the wheels function properly. So sad.

One wheel either came in broken or it broke as i was filling it with clothes. I did not put in anything heavy. It's all light clothes filled to the top. When it's time to do laundry, I rolled it for the first time, that's when i noticed that it wasn't rolling properly because of the broken wheel. The other 3 wheels looked ok but it's made with cheap plastic that can easily break. I emailed the seller about a week ago requesting for an extra wheel because of this product condition but has not heard anything. Bad product. Bad customer service.

This is a nice hamper, a little on the large size but looks nice and works well. But. If you like this style, the Seville classics industrial hamper is better. It’s sturdier, has better casters, is a bit taller, and has a better canvas liner. If you shop at a bed, bath, and things store with a 20% off coupon it’s the same price, or less. Caveat emptor.

I needed this size hamper to fit perfectly in our bathroom closet. It fits perfectly and looks great. Unfortunately I realized later that I paid way too much for it on Amazon. I found the exact same item at TJ Maxx for half the price (yes, half!!!)
