I like this product .. though I don’t have any sleep issue ..yet with kids I have disturbed sleep have to wake up to cover them often … sometimes I want to sleep 8hrs with out disturbance …I randomly thought of This melatonin capsule and when I used it I wake up fresh … I dont take it daily neither it’s addictive yet I shelved it for recovery sleep ..
