Arrived quickly. Very easy and comfortable to use. Don't feel any heat from them but they help with pain

Ineffective and uncomfortable
I thought I’d give these a try, I take a lot of painkillers and I wanted to try and find an alternative. Unfortunately, not only didn’t they work for me, but I found them to be really irritating on my skin after the patch had been on for a couple of hours. I had to rip them off, I couldn’t stand the itching and irritation. I was disappointed, so will continue to look for other alternatives. They may work for some people, but unfortunately not for me.

Create a lot of heat!
These are very warming when on but you need to be careful how they are used. I found they were too hot to wear in bed, and if you have a warm bath or shower straight after using they really burn! Use with caution ⚠️
