Hernia belt works as planned
Purchased this belt while awaiting a scheduled Hernia surgery and used it daily for about 3 weeks. Found the belt to be very effective in reducing discomfort allowing full activity including a long bicycle ride. Belt is well made and velcro closures worked very well so once its on no further adjustment was required. Instructions and photos were helpful in learning how to wear the belt properly.

Comfortable as a hernia belt can be. Adjustable insert.
Helps when needed. I adjusted the insert with a sock for trial and error for my own comfort level.Then I got the surgery. Took the proper time for recovery.

Wrong material for brace
The heavy elastic material was bulky and did not fit well under my pants and tended to ride up.The pressure pocket did not seem to stay in place.I don't know, but It seems that a brace made similar to jockey strap design and material would be more comfortable.If I ordered a medium rather than a large for this brace, It may have fit better.The brace was priced at the lower end, so I should not have been surprised.
