Great helmet... Great price! (And the price dropped $80.00 after I bought it!)
Very comfortable, great visibility and decent airflow. I do recommend it, especially since the price is now under $400.00! I paid $480 plus tax, so I don't know of a better helmet deal out there...I went out and tried multiple models and brands. Arai and Shoei are the absolute best, most comfortable helmets IMO and the RF-SR is the most comfortable AND the best priced full-face premium helmet on the market right now. The linings in the latest Arai helmets aren't as padded and they move around too much for me. The padding in the RF-SR is near perfect. If you're thinking of spending less, you'll get a LOT less. Other brands feel like construction-site hard-hats compared to these. I bought another brand for grocery runs but I never use it. It doesn't feel anywhere near as good. When you put on a Shoei helmet, it just feels premium. You may agree that your head is worth the investment. (BTW, this helmet is every bit as good as my RF1400 and over $200 less expensive...)

Great helmet
I hate wearing helmets. This one changed my mind…it’s lightweight and comfortable. The included pin lock is great. Mounted a Senna with no issues. It’s quiet in the highway and barely buffets at 70+ mph. Like I said, this one changed my mind - wish I would’ve not the bullet and bought an expensive helmet sooner…probably would have actually saved money at this point with all the other cheap ones I tried.Get what you pay for I guess

Just buy it already, trust me.
Coming from Icon Airmada, airframe pro, variant, and Bell Qualifier DLX MIPS in all my years of riding I always tried to find good quality and comfort for an affordable price. All of which are within about 100 dollars from this helmet. This helmet did not disappoint, the quality of the venting and the padding inside, the visibility, and the look of the helmet. All my other helmets feel like budget helmets compared to this tbh.. This will be my new bottom line, won't buy anything less. Have the CRW1 Gold reflective visor for sunny days and the clear with pinlock for bad weather and night time. My only complaint about these helmets are the price of the visor. 100 dollars for a tinted one and over 150 for transition. It fits pretty true to size and fits a comm system well. It's a intermediate oval helmet so the microphone will be a little close to your mouth but just moving it to the side a little bit got it out of the way and still sounds good. 10/10 would recommend.

Good choice for dual-sport riders!
I bought this helmet for my wife to start learning to ride. This is a great helmet. They are comfortable and have the highly desirable SNELL safety rating. In fact, I believe this is the most affordable SNELL rated helmet. Good venting, quiet, light, and nice colors too. No, there’s no Bluetooth communicator built-in but you can add that easily at a later date (I did). Good peripheral vision and perfect for riding a dual-sport/adventure bike. We like ours.

Nice brain bucket!
Using the manufacturer's sizing guide, I ordered a large helmet. I guess the fit is correct, but it's pretty snug on my head. My ears take a bit of a beating when I slide it on or off. It does feel secure though, so I guess that's good. The build quality is very nice, and it comes with a detachable anti-fog inner shield that I haven't yet installed. I added a Sena 50R communicator to it without problems. It's nice that the inner padding can be removed and then snapped back into place. The top vents do a nice job of controlling air flow. The chin vent is hard to assess as I have a windshield on my bike. The optics of the face shield are very good - almost no distortion - and the positioning cogs are very positive, so it stays where you put it.Shoei makes a high-end product. I liked it well enough to buy a second in medium for passengers. I prefer a full-face helmet to one with a movable chin piece; I am skeptical of the structural integrity of modular lids. Anyway, I'm happy with it - probably the best helmet I've ever owned.

Best helmet... ever?
After years of riding and then a hiatus ... when I got a motorcycle I picked up a LS2 at my local dealer.. buying into 'gotta try it on" and just wanting to ride the day I bought the bike. I see why people ride with ear plugs with helmets like that. Any way on to the Shoei... within a few months of buying that I needed a low noise helmet that fit. Shoei had always been good to me back in the day ... I have a VERY large head (size 8 hat) Shoei xxl fits like a glove.. I looked up "quietest helmet" on Google etc.. and this helmet did not come up (new model?) but IT SHOULD. Night and day difference .. I can hear my radio / communications unit at 70 MPH. Very quiet helmet. Air Flow - incredible flow through the top vents ... best of any helmet literally ever. Everything feels quality and no head aches. The LS2 at xxxl gave me a head ache after about 1 to 1.5 hours. This helmet I can wear all day... Of course the main reason to buy may be the snell rating (safety) this helmet carries that cheap china helmets do not. Anyway very happy with it, superb fit, finish, comfort, and a quiet ride... it is certainly the best helmet I have ever had.

The Best
Excellent fit and finish. I’ve used these for years. Saved the life and brains of several people I know. Worth every penny. Yes, expensive, but cheaper than a major brain injury and this helmet will protect you from that.
