Looks very nice but beverage doesn’t stay hot for long. Waste of money

Fantastic for events and parties. Easy to use, holds a lot of water and easy to clean. Just be sure you have it in the unlocked position to serve. Someone started using mine before the event started and almost broke the pump.

Stylish, doesn't hold a ton of liquid but not bad. The pump is the biggest problem, don't loose the pieces if you clean it. Feels like it needs less plastic components.

Hard to push the dispenser down and the coffee wasn’t hot after a couple hours. Disappointed for the price

I ordered this for my wellness clinic for hot tea in the lobby, and I am now on my second one that has broken after 3 months of very gentle use. Its just a poorly made, unreliable product. It stays hot for like 8 hours for a couple months and then the poor quality lid shifts from opening and closing and now it stays hot for 2 hours. And the lid is also janky and now broken. UGH, waste of money.

Finally an airpot that is both stylish and functional! Easy to use and keeps beverages at the right temperature. A must have for those who like to entertain.

This pot holds a nice amount but it doesn’t stay warm. We always “preheat” for the 10 minutes it suggested and it still is like warm at best. Very disappointing and would not recommend

I got this as gift and looked up at price and regret not being able to return in window period ,beverage spill all over and its so hard to get it into cup!
