Works as advertised; if you can make it.
My expectations for this garage door opener sank when I saw that the support address was a 163.com address (similar to gmail in China). But in the end, the garage door opener worked perfectly, and programming was not as painful as I feared. The instructions were reasonably clear, though a little intimidating due to the large number of options and multiple steps. They were printed in such small text that I could not read them. I had to scan the sheet and look at it on my computer. The compatibility list is a bit confusing and somewhat inaccurate. For example, most people have no idea if their garage door opener operates on 315 MHz or 390 MHz. My garage door was installed in 2001, but it ended up working with "Intellicode 2005-Current 390MHz" option. You have to be willing to try a few options if there is no perfect match or if your first guess turns out to be wrong. Fortunately, once you get the hang of it, trying a new option is quite easy and fast. For DIP switch programming, the most important advice is: If it does not work, swap the state of all the switches. For many older openers, there is no indication which switch position is "open" and which is "closed." Any guess you make about which position is which will be just that, a guess. If it does not work, you need to try the other way.Summing up my experience, it took me 15 minutes to program the 3 buttons with an ancient gate (dip switch), an old (2001) Intellicode garage opener and a recent LiftMaster garage opener. I ended up ordering a second one so I could program it while I still remembered how and keep it as a backup. The bottom line is that when it comes to dip switch programmable remotes, there are very few options on the market. If you are willing and able to put in the effort to program, this is a very good workable solution.A copy of the programming instructions is attached.

Very happy !
I was able to program both remotes to work with our double doors in less than 5 minutes. Price was awesome and instructions clear for my older garage openers.

Directions are clear but not always right for Sears/Chamberlain. Other than that...
In the end it does what it's supposed to do. I have 2 Genies and a Sears to program. The Genies went very easy. The Sears was a fight. It clearly has a yellow program button but the code for the yellow button didn't work. I finally read a review where the customer just started trying ever possible code and got it working. That was what finally worked for me.The other problem is a design issue. The buttons are too easy to push and that makes it easy to open the wrong door while you're trying to get to the right button. Not a big deal but annoying.

It worked fine, just a bit of trial and error
I just received this today, and so far so good. I had two openers I needed to program to it, one a gate with dip switch codes and the other a typical scrolling code opener. The opener was super easy, the gate took a few tries but all good. I'm not sure of its durability, battery life or longevity, but the fact that it worked between two very different devices and I didn't need to drop $250 to buy a home link rear view mirror and wire it up myself makes even this cheap plastic device worthwhile.

Will Not Stop Beeping
I tried two of these. Both worked for less than 3 days. Easy to program for a 9 dip switch controller. Both units initially worked fine, then started beeping non-stop after a few days. Tried the factory reset, no help. Would not stop beeping. I will say that the supplier had great customer service. I emailed them and they got back to me within 12 hours. Everything they suggested would not work. They offered to refund my money but just sent back to Amazon instead for a refund.

Great opener for many garage doors
I have two garage doors, one a craftsman circa 1984 and a new chamberlain 2022. I needed something that could work with both. This little opener seems to work with just about everything. Very pleased, super easy setup, small like a factory opener. No complaints. I have one in every car now and dont even use the factory ones that came with the garage door.

Easy to program
This remote was very easy to program. My garage door opener was not on the list of compatible doors listed in the instructions. I found a door on the list that matched the MHz on my garage door and was able to program it with no problem at all. So glad it worked!

dip switches only works for one garage not multiple!
Our community has an entrance and exit gate operated by the older dip switch style remotes. Needed a 3 button remote to operate the two gates (each coded differently) and my chamberlain garage door with the learn button. The problem with this remote is that the dip switch code does NOT get stored and only works for the final dip settings so even if you properly code two different gates, it will only use to last code set for both buttons. Otherwise it works fine if you only have one or less dip switch controlers.
