I like the value, well worth the price. The cushion feels sturdy but comfortable. I use this chair for sewing and the design of this chair has drastically reduced the discomfort I have felt in the past. The lumbar support and stability helped the back pain I used to have whilst sewing. This chair is easy to assemble.

lumbar support broken after 3 months of use. cant lean back on my chair. poor build quality

Bought 2 of these for our office - comfortable - but a little flimsy - the arm rest fell off one this was because of to smaller washer

Apart from the armrests been slightly out of alignment with the fixing holes it was very easy to put together and quite comfortable. good features with lumbar support, tilt and up and down.

Feels quite flimsy though and sometimes when I lean back I feel like I’m going to fall. Not exactly the most comfortable chair but it’s inexpensive and fit fit purpose

I bought this to replace my current desk chair, as I wanted a chair with more lower back support and so I could sit higher and more upright at my desk. I have arthritis and therefore can't sit with my legs bent and my knees higher than my hips. I also need back support. Unfortunately, I did not get this help from this chair.I put the chair together, sat on it and thought "mmm, this is not what I was expecting, and this is rather uncomfortable". I then had to try a very firm cushion to sit on to allow me to sit higher at my desk, and also needed a cushion behind my back so I could sit upright with back support as the back of this chair is far too far back for me to lean on, thereby putting pressure on my lower back and adding to my already painful back - so there goes the lumbar support of the chair!!!I wanted to return the chair as it was no good for my purpose, and what a run around I have had with the returns procedure. I was originally told to take it to an Evri Post-It locker - the ones near me are not big enough to take a box the size of this one, and so this had to be collected from the delivery address, charging me for the privilege of returning the item at a cost of £10 to me as you need to bear in mind the chair is heavy and I cannot it carry it or move it very far due to my arthritis.The seller organised collection by DPD and the chair was collected very promptly but I had to wait two weeks from collection to actually received by me. This is, in my opinion, disgraceful, especially in view of the fact that payment is taken the day after placing the order.Definitely not the kind of customer service or satisfaction I was expecting.I am hanging on to my trusty old office chair, and to raise me up, I am using a hard, thick, cushion, so am now more comfortable to work at my home desk. At least I can lean on the back support of this chair.Thank you to my old faithful friend, and a shame about the new one as it looked, to all intents and purposes, exactly what I was looking at a really good price - unfortunately, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

Every thing was as expected, good instructions, easy to put together, looks good and is comfortable to use.also very well packed in a strong box.
