Complete waste of money!
I bought this over a year ago and I have to finally admit to myself (and wife) that I was completely taken for a ride. It’s just a terrible vacuum/mop, there’s no other way to put it.1 - the suction is terrible, I spent 5 minutes trying to pick up a dried piece of lettuce. Finally just grabbed it and tossed it.2 - it drips water every single time I take it out of the charger. I have wasted more time going over the drips with a rag than I ever should have.3 - every single time I use it the voice tells me to clean some damn component! Even after I’ve cleaned it. I think I spent more time cleaning the vacuum than my house!I will never buy a vacuum from this company again! I wish I would’ve sent it back for a refund but oh well, that’s my fault. I’m gonna go ahead and just spend the money on a Dyson since I know that will work. What a waste!

Fell short of expectations, but incredible customer service
I do have some bias towards Eufy as I have had great luck in the past with them, which is the primary reason I was willing to go with this vacuum even before there were any reviews available for it. However, although it seemed to clean well, after a few weeks of use, the dirty water smell was getting pretty strong every time I would use the vacuum, in spite of me using the detergent that came with the vacuum and cleaning out the dirty water tank after every use. I also wish there was some kind of hose attachment or something to get along the edges better. That being said, I have had very positive experiences with Amazon's customer service where they go above and beyond my expectations. There are very few companies I have dealt with that I would put on par with Amazon's customer service but Eufy would definitely have to be one of them. Although this vacuum didn't work out for me I do have the HomeVac S11 Infinity and I am super happy with it. I also have Shark IZ662H which has been a great vacuum... and although it has certain strengths that the S11 does not; one of my favorite things about the S11 is how easy and well it does on my stairs. Sorry I know this got off topic, just saying I've had very good experience with most of my Eufy products and amazing experience with their customer service.

Don't Waste your Money and Avoid this WetVac - Useless Product and Even Worse Customer Service
I purchased this WetVac W31 with high hopes and confidence in Eufy/Anker's reputation. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a expensive disaster, and I urge any potential buyers to reconsider before purchasing this product or any of their products. The WetVac seemed like a great investment. It performed well for the first few uses, but due to renovations I ended up storing the vacuum cleaner for about a year. When I took it out of storage it initially powered on, and the self-cleaning function worked but when I tilted it back to begin mopping and vacuuming, it failed to work, effectively turning my purchase into a worthless piece of junk. When I reached out to Eufy's customer support, I was informed that my warranty had expired just 20 days prior. Despite explaining the situation the support team showed no flexibility or willingness to assist. They outright refused to repair or replace the unit, leaving me with a $400 paperweight. The lack of empathy and assistance from their customer service was appalling. Given my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing the WetVac or any other products from Eufy/Anker. You can't trust that their products will have a long lifespan or will receive actual support. The WetVac quality is questionable, and the customer service is worse. Believe all the negative reviews you read because they are accurate. Eufy is well aware of the WetVac’s faults and has not taken adequate steps to rectify these issues or support affected customers which leaves everyone with a faulty useless product and no satisfactory solution. Don't waste your money on their unreliable products and non-existent support. I have a Bissell for my garage that has been roughly treated and still works like a champion.

not bad
manual is useless...needs a re write...change over from wet to dry is cumbersome and time consuming, but OK if left as one or the other most of the time.its noisier than most I have used.....at this price point, build quality could be a bit better, but its fully functional, no issues....the good news is, it cleans well, no streaks on floor, very impressive wet mode...I am not sure what is better at this price point, as I have not experimented with many wet dry vacs like this...so hard to assess value, $300 is a lot to invest, so read more reviews if others have used the competition to compare.... overall, not overwhelmed, but not disappointed either...

I really want to love their 1st wetvac since I absolutely love their Robovac. Support so far A+
I really want to love it, like I love their Robovac, but it does have a few shortcomings. I understand this is their 1st wetvac and got $100 off on Amazon.1. Self Clean uses alot of water, so you have to fill the solution tank every time, I wish the tank was larger.2. They made the hole to fill the solution tank so small, its a task to get the water and solution in it.3. Cleaning cycle does not get the mop brush totally smell free, for this reason I would like to get another mop brush but do not see where parts can be ordered on their website for the wetvac???????? So I sent a support ticket.4. My drying light never comes on, so I dont think my brush is getting fully dry. Sent support ticket.5. A light spray of water can be felt out of the fans when using it.6. I am going to try Bissell Turboclean Floor Cleaner, this product comes with 2 brushes and 2 filters and works very similar to the Eufy. I think Eufy needs to do the same, especially since you cannot get a replacement brush until August due to out of stock. I may be returning Eufy within the 30 days if I prefer the Bissell Turboclean Floor Cleaner.(I will post more as .)Sorry to say I did return the Eufy wetvac and I am keeping the Bissell turbo clean floor vac. It's a Amazon exclusive from Bissell and performs better. It is lighter, has autopropel and auto solution dispensing so no trigger to hold. It comes with 2 brushes.
