Sweet and Spicy Tteokbokki Snacks Chip Korean Stir-Fried Rice Cake Flavor Asian Topokki Ddeokbokki - 160g (Pack of 2)

These chips are delicious. I tried them in a snack box a while back and had to buy them again. These are advertised as "HOT Tteokbokki", but they aren't at all. They're pretty sweet(not like candy sweet, like honey barbecue sweet). If you eat the whole bag in one sitting, you might have a little warmth in your mouth, but that's all, so if you're here to burn your mouth, this will disappoint. They also don't really taste like tteokbokki(which works out i think because a lot of people are turned off by the texture and flavor). But like I said. Delicious. The bags are on the small side, but they are surprisingly heavy for the size, so I think it balances out in the end. I know this review doesn't sound terribly positive, but I mean it when I say these are some of my fave korean snacks.

Chips were amazing as usual. They were not broken, and packed very nicely. They were fresh, crispy, and delicious!

Almost no spice in these. If someone gave me these, I wouldn't even guess they were spicy. That said, they have a nice sweet taste that I enjoyed. I'd buy these if they were sold near me, but not when I'm looking for a spicy snack.

I got a small bag of these in a Nom Nom box from Amazon, and I had to have more! I shared the small bag with my mother (who doesn't like much) and my partner (who likes everything) and we all agreed they are sooo tasty! They almost look like puffed up rigatoni noodles. We kept saying it was like something we have had before, but the closest we can come up with is spicy Corn Pops cereal. I like that the bag is extra inflated to keep the contents from getting broken. The bar code also scans on my Fitbit because I track calories, which was a nice surprise. New favorite snack! Very satisfying since it gives the crunch, sweet and spicy!

I read a lot of reviews saying it was sweet and I totally agree. It’s definitely not spicyy but it has a slight, mild spicy-ness to it when you keep eating it. It’s an interesting snack, won’t buy again though.

I was on a road trip with friends and brought these... bad idea. Opened one bag and no one liked the flavor. Ended up tossing both bags into the trash because no one liked them.

When reaching to the bottom of the bag it gets hotter than the ones on top. It kind of fools your taste buds to having sweet and spicy. But the bottom will get you. They are now my favorite snacks. I'm not a fan of spicy foods but they got a buttery sweet taste to them that's what makes you a fool.

These are not at all what I was expecting but I love them! They are a bit sweet at first which is different but then they have just a bit of spice to them at the end. They are a delicious and very filling snack.
