Great Product, just what I was looking for! Definitely buying more

Expect there to be flaws. It's handmade. It's not meant to be smooth and perfect. I love it. I'm using mine as a 2025 handmade planner. I put tabs on mine which is not ideal but, meh, I don't care. It's for me. It doesn't smell funky like I read in a couple of reviews. There are going to be spaces in some margins and knots in others because of how the book is made. I tried to get good pictures of that. The compass is actually harder to see irl than in my picture so there's that.

First of all, this journal is BIG. Not big as in super thick but actual page size.Secondly, I love a good value and I feel like I definitely got my money's worth!Thirdly, the pages are handmade and thick but be warned that there are a few bumpy parts here and there. The imperfections make me love it more, but just want to put that out there.Lastly, the quality is right for the price point.Please note that I purchased a stencil to add lines. This is the first time I've done so in a journal and I appreciate the effect. A Sharpie felt pen was used to trace the stencil lines and it never bled through the paper.

I love the texture and quality of the hand made pages and cover. Could use a different clasp to close it as it unhooks sometimes but other than that i love the 3 that i ordered.

The latch doesn't stay closed very well. Just picking up the book to carry out to my writing space will cause it to open. Other than that, it's a good quality. Whether the leather is real or not means little to me. The paper is strong and thick and has good durability, meaning it didn't rip easily like normal paper. I recommend a brush pen, like Japanese fudenosuke pens. They write more easily and soak in without bleeding or splotching. I have recommended it to people who enjoy writing and journaling and such. Over all, a good product, not the best in the world, but that isn't what I was looking for. If you want good quality paper and binding and a nice writing experience, I genuinely do recommend this.

It's huge it's like an actual college textbook I don't expect that but I'm not complaining, it looks really old like a book from the 1800 or 1700, I was planning to use it as a small medium diary but dang looks like it will last me for more than a few years. Let's see how it goes in 2 years.

I like the old world rustic feel of this journal. I use it to paint in it and sketch. One needs to take into consideration that the pages have a rough brown hue which can effect your painting or sketch, but I like it.

Very neat vintage-style manuscript style paper and a sturdy binder with a hasp to keep it closed. I gave it as a gift for someone who sketches a lot. I bought it for a round $10.00. Great value, I think.
