This is the heating pad that goes above and beyond! It’s weighted design as well as the massage feature gives you the full spa treatment in the comfort of your own home. The cord is long enough to reach across my bed and over to the wall which makes this very functional for me. Most that I’ve found have shorter cords which are not effective. The material used seems very durable and a great value overall! I like how easy it is to use this as the remote attached it simple and pretty self explanatory! I may order more for Christmas presents!

Absolutely love this it's been great and has the right amount of weight to it. Very comfortable and comforting great for my massage practice as well to give the client a little extra boost! Would definitely recommend this product and buy again.

Tried it out IMMEDIATELY after unpacking. SIMPLE / EASY to use. TWO buttons. One for heat. One for massage. Three levels of heat. Six levels of massage. Another PLUS is that it plugs directly into a 120v outlet. No gigantic ac/dc converter. I use it for small of the back while computer chair sitting. But, it's also weighted for couch / bed lounging. So far, so good. I give it 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

Very relaxing it is a great item to get

I had a problem with the heating pad when I first got it - the heating part of it wouldn't turn on. But it seems to be working fine now. It's heavier than I thought it would be. The only downfall is you can't wash it - it's spot clean only.I got this for my RLS. Even if it doesn't relieve my RLS, it is still a very comfortable weighted, heated, massage pad. And the color is fantastic! The material is velvety, plush, soft and thick.ADD: Now that I've had some time to use this, I want to say for me it works great for RLS! There are 2 vibrating motors and I put one on each shin bone and it vibrates through to the muscles and bones. I love it!!!!Now that some time has passed and I've had time to put this to the test, it's even better! I honestly don't know how I've gotten along without this for so long. I won't be without one. The vibrations really relieves my RLS in which the TENS never did. Bless the inventor of this vibrating heating pad! 🩵

Box says machine washable. Instructions say not to immerse in water or even dry clean. There was no warranty and no contact addressTherefore no recourse should it fail.

Amazing product, really helps with my back pain and monthly cramps!

At first, I loved this heating pad. I bought it less than 6 months ago and it just malfunctioned and no longer works. When I plug it in, the massage starts going and the buttons don't work. I'm really disappointed at the price I paid it should have lasted longer. The return window is closed and no idea how to contact anyone, so I guess I'll look for another heating pad.
