Had this for 2 years and I love it!!
I've had my pad for over two years and I love it. One of the best things about it that Mr. Glass' isn't which is affordable. The only bad thing is its strap which is a little weak.

Head/Neck Support
Could be a little bit softer. I keep it attached to my work-out bench . . makes bench press and lifting more comfortable. Takes undue pressure off my neck when lifting. Price was right, received timely. Mark Schreibman

Very happy with this product
There aren't many products like this out there, it's definately a niche item but works great for it's intended use. I use behind my head when doing bench press and on my lower back or chest depending on other exercises. If there was 1 improvement for this I would ask for 2 extra velcro straps so I could just leave them in place and remove the pad and place for alternating positions.... I went ahead and ordered generic velcro straps to serve that purpose.

Poorly constructed, WILL fall apart
The velcro strapping is merely stapled into the back of the pad. Unless you leave the pad on and don't remove it often, eventually the staples WILL pull out. It's hard to believe it was constructed this way. Surely there could have been a better way to adhere the strap to the pad.You can probably fix it when that happens, but I would rather have spent more money on a pad that was properly constructed.

Poor Quality
Doesn't last. The strap started to fray after 3 week and the plastic adjuster broke.

Best piece of work out equipment I’ve purchased lately
I use this for a head rest on my bench press, slides on easy the Velcro holds it securely

Great concept, poorly constructed
After 3 used seams and fasteners have become loose, tearing away from the sewn seam, I can clearly see the inner materials of the unit. It’s a great copy concept of the GOB similar item, I just have issues with the construction and materials. Also the Velcro strap is extremely flimsy and lightweight.

Bench press back pad chest press
Works well on the back and pushes out the chest.
