Super nice book cart!
I have always thought it would be fun to have a library cart. Never thought about looking for one in reality but just the idea of it. One day I decided to see if they were actually sold to ordinary people.....This one seems extremely sturdy & I am really enjoying having it. So far I am using it for my TBR books that used to be mixed up with the other books in my regular bookcases. It has so much space! 3 hefty shelves with enough room on each shelf for double rows of books. The wheels are very smooth & roll well. I actually have not tried locking them yet.I did need to get help putting it together but I really am not good with things like that in general. It definitely takes 2 people. I think it would be quite difficult for 1 person to do. We were able to assemble it on top of a table, otherwise it would have involved getting down on the floor. If I were able to ask for one improvement, the instructions could be more comprehensive. They were very basic. There were photos but not much clarity. Otherwise A+

an excellent book cart
The Vevor Book Cart builds into a sturdy, flexible unit. As others have noted, assembly will be tricky without the right tools. The instruction manual isn't helpful. It gives only three assembly steps, of which the third says "Put the bookshelf where you put your books..."I used a long-handled ratchet screwdriver (with a flat rather than hex bit) to get the machine screws started in their threaded holes. Once they are started, they can be hand-turned most of the way down.Once built, the cart is very sturdy and rolls easily. The wheel locks operate smoothly

Great Cart, Almost Impossible Assembly
My wife and I assembled the cart. This is a beast of a cart, meaning once it’s assembled it’s very stable and strong. More than adequate to hold heavy books. The trick is getting it assembled. The shelves are designed in a way that makes it almost impossible to hold the screw with your fingers and rotate the screw more than a quarter turn at a time. The Allen-wrench is useless. Once you get the Allen-wrench in the screw head it will only turn an eighth of a turn. I ended up purchasing a Flexible Screwdriver from Amazon (AMERICAN MUTT TOOLS 12 in 1 Ratcheting Flexible Screwdriver). This saved scraped knuckles, hours of frustration and me throwing a shelving cart through my perfectly good patio window. YOU WILL NEED A TOOL LIKE THIS TO ASSEMBLY THE SHELVING UNIT. I’M NOT KIDDING.

Just what I was hoping for.
I love this book cart it’s very sturdy and I found it easy to assemble. It’s just the right size for what I needed. I feel like this will last a long time.

Absolutely horrible engineering/design
I was lured into purchasing this given how cheap it is, but it is engineered in a way to make it impossible to actually assemble with any reasonable tools. The metal "lips" on the bottom of each shelf make it next to impossible to actually align the bolts with the slots and get them screwed in. I've assembled at least 100 pieces of furniture of all sorts in my life, and I literally had to give up after struggling with this nonsense after about 90 minutes without getting even one of the three shelves bolted in properly, even after using a drill and allen wrench bits with an extension. Utter garbage.

shelf measurements wrong, back shelf has visible screws, not same the cart pictured
The cart I received is not the same one I ordered. Product dimensions photos state depth is 13.7" and show shelves that are the full depth of the cart; in fact, shelves are 10" and in attached photo, you can see that they don't come to the front of the cart. The product description photos also do not show the visible screws all along the lower back shelves. Item is assembled correctly, and the visible screws can be seen in the instructions, but not in the product description. I would not have bought this if I had seen it had all these screws where my books would be—the back is not smooth for sliding books back and forth. I actually did not have a hard time assembling it, and it's sturdy, but i'm very unhappy with the fact that I appear to have been sold something different than I ordered. Not something I want to return after the work of assembling either. Do not recommend trusting the product description for this item.

nice
Love the sturdy feel of this and can put so many books on it a row to keep them in order as I enter them in the computer and then roll it back to the book shelves. It has a lot of room and the large casters roll about easily. It could use some better instructions. Pictures of the unit are of it put together and are very poor pictures. Basically, I had to study the pieces and figure it out best I could. You really need some help to hold to get the pieces in place and hold them.

Decent after the nightmare assembly
Once assembled, the cart seems to be decent enough. It's pretty heavy, but I suppose this makes it sturdier. It's a nightmare to assemble, as others have noted. It's very difficult to get the screws in to the tiny spaces, to screw, and to tighten. Find someone with tiny fingers and a lot of patience. I figured out certain things that helped and eventually was successful, but it's a slog.
