Power Stop Z23-1474A Z23 Evolution Sport Front Brake Pad Set with Hardware Kit

I previously purchased Power Stop Z26 pads for my 2017 Camaro to reduce brake dust and noise. There was little if any dust and the only noise was first thing in the morning backing out of the garage and maybe the first couple stops but I hate brake noise so I purchased the Z23 pads and replaced the Z26's. The stopping power does not feel as good as the Z26 which was better than the OEM Brembo pads but so far the only noise has been after washing the car or driving in the rain the night before. Other than that, no noise. For most people the Z26 pads are better but like I said I could not tolorate the squealing in the morning. BTW Amazon says the Z23-1718 and Z23-1474A pads will not fit the 2017 Camaro SS but the Power Stop web site says they are the correct pads and they are. The only issue is that the retainer springs they give you do not work on the Camaro but just reuse your OEM springs. Highly recommend either the Z26 or Z23 Power Stop pads.

These were fitted on my 2019 Camaro 2SS - with 4 piston front calipers. Compared to the stock brembo pads, these do take a couple more minutes to warm up, but its marginal. They bite very well, and for those who are not into track racing, these are perfect. Zero noise so far and brake dust is negligible now. If these keep performing as they do now, I will replace with the same pads. Very happy with them.2nd month update: Still works great, minimal dust! I have noticed that the brakes do squeal after a day unused and immediately after a car wash. The brake noise does go away after the first stop so it isn’t a concern for me but thought it should be noted.

Replacement front brakes for my 2014 Chevrolet SS, they're *incredibly* dust-free in comparison to the OEM part, and perform almost exactly the same. Totally satisfied and happy with the noise level, braking power, and especially how dust-free they are.

Honestly I should have bought these over the R1 concepts I bought before these bite so much better! For anyone on the fence for pads get these they are great for braking and almost no dust!The R1 concepts sucked and really had to apply the brakes to stop and not only that they left my rotors brown! So dont get R1 brake pads get these powerstops! They dont leave rotors brown if anything they are removing the nasty brown the r1 left behind! Definitely recomend! Oh and no squeal!
