Recieved the product today..The packet was not sealed but everything inside was intact.. they also provided 4 AA batteries.It works well with charger without the battery inside the device.. so I stored the battery for use in emergency situations.For correct readings.. sit quietly for 5 minutes on the chair with arms on the table.. now wrap the cuff around your arm which should be uncovered completely.. your feet should be flat on the floor and should not cross.. and keep breathing( some of my friends had the tendency to hold their breaths).. start the machine to get a correct reading..Take 3 readings consecutively with an interval of 1-2 minutes in between and take an average of them.Don't panic if you got high readingsI am 24 years old and was diagnosed with high blood pressure [(155/100).. 180 cm and 65kg] was told to be on medicationInfact i tried to follow Dash diet.. started regular exercise.. left non veg diet.. decreased amount of salt intake(ideal 2.5g daily,normal people eat 5g of salt).. did not have foods with increased amount of sodium content( i used to drink horlicks everyday which I found later to have around 400mg of sodium in it)Started eating 3 fruits daily( banana every day, orange, grapes or kiwis, guava)4 nuts of different varieties (cashew, almonds , walnuts and pistachios)I ate them in the morningFollowed by two diets lunch and dinner(in mess)[ being a college student].It's not like i never ate pizza or burgers but it was once a week or in 15 days that is a minimum as possible..And for stress i started practicing deep breathing exercise with eyes closed in the morning and before sleep.. i think it's a type of meditation only..After around 8 months.My bp is 125/79 and pulse of 55 bpm(beats per minute)[lowest numbers in years]I crossed check the device accuracy by checking bp of my batchmates and results were consistent..So yes you can control your blood pressure by following a healthy habit.. it worked for meCaution If your blood pressure is consistently ( i repeat consistently even after proper rest, not like you came back after running and checked your blood pressure. Take your time to relax and then follow procedure as described above) above 160/100..Do consult your doctor..Don't stop medications on your own.. this could be very dangerousInfact follow healthy habits along with medications (if you are on them) and keep checking your blood pressure at the same time with the same posture everyday.. and keep writing it down..Consult your doctor to cut down your medication slowly if blood pressure remains below 120/80 for months( i repeat don't cut it down or stop on your own)Thank youBest wishesHave a happy and healthy life to everyone..

I Purchase this on 25/03/2022, performance of this device is average, showing different results in successive reading. This digital machine's reading differs from Analog BP measurement system all time. As per my experience no digital BP machine shows right reading only provide ideas, whether your BP is on higher side or lower.

Best product , easy to use.

I think this machine is a life saver machine but for me it's not a life saver machine in my photo the result of my BP is showing very wrong . I want to return and replace this worst product
