I use Better No Younger for skin, hair and nails to thicken my hair. I have very fine hair and it was getting very sparse in spots and breaking off a lot. You must take the 2 gummies faithfully every day. It did take 3 to 4 months before I really saw a difference but now my hair has really significantly thickened up and I no longer see a lot of hair in my sink when brushing my hair. Highly recommend it!!
