I like the fact that I had a choice of using two of the chargers while I was vacationing in Egypt. They preformed as described in the description. I would buy this item again if needed. I would recommend this for anyone traveling to Africa. I love the purple color, which is quit unique.

This adapter worked perfectly in our hotel rooms in Kenya!

This item was great as it included adapters for all the places we visited in Africa. Very well labeled so always easy to know which one to use. I actually didn’t need it as much as I thought as most the places we stayed had outlets that worked for US plugs. Still, when I did need one, this did the trick.

Just what we need for a trip to South America and Africa

These are individually wrapped. They do not include voltage converters, although most modern devices do not require them. Make sure you know before plugging something in! These are very colorful, making them easy to find in your luggage and unlikely to be left behind accidentally at the hotel.

I am so glad I decided to purchase these outlets that are exclusively designed for African countries. My mom purchased a "universal" adapter, and she scolded questioned me as to why I bought another one when we could share the one she had. Go figure! I guess my decision became the favored one once she discovered that she could not charge her cell phone and I was happily charging my cell and other electronic devices without a care. We visited three West African countries and I had access to each outlet, of course I "allowed" my mom to share the bliss. Better safe than sorry because it seems as if African countries were not in the minds of the universal manufacturers when they made their product, but I am glad to found this one!

We travelled to Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe. What I didn't understand until I got to the region is that more than one type of jack may be used in the same country, sometimes more than one type in the same room and sometimes only one type in a room. With this set I was prepared for any circumstance.

The build quality is excellent. I am convinced that they will survive the tigors or travel.
