Good bycycle
The CAYA Split 27.5T is a solid choice for those seeking a stylish and sturdy cycle for daily use and light trail rides. While there are minor areas for improvement, such as gear shifting smoothness and clearer assembly guidance, the overall performance and aesthetics make it a worthwhile purchase.

Worst purchase ever. Do not go for it if you are above 5:6 and weigh around 80kgs.
When I received it there were 3 bigg dents and visible stratches on the frame (first wrong impression)2nd the seat is pathetic. Even after tightening the screws. It keeps going backwards and forwards on uneven roads and trails, making it very uncomfortable to ride.3rd. Just after 2 days of cycling the right peddle came out when I was 6 kms away from my home. It was so low quality that it was damaged from the inside and couldn't be repaired. Tried everything to put it back in but failed. Watched every video on the net but nothing worked, had to carry it back on foot.4th. The gear shifters are very rough. Does not shift to the 3rd gear (which is the fastest). Again a very inconvenient thing for long rides.5th. The chain automatically shift even when you are not shifting the gears. Making it so unpredictible to ride on main road.It onnly looks good. Performance is very bad.

Quality and Durability
The Caya Cycle is bit heavy due to made of steel but i love the materials used from Saddle to Tires all are up to mark. From look wise It actually deserves 5 stars. One thing I did like was it did not have Quick Release in front. That's Okay. I am Happy with the product. It took 1 week to deliver from DTDC courier. Anyone wants to see a video can check channel Fat biker vaibhav. He has uploaded & shared his insights recently which will be helpful if you are looking to get this. Thanks.

After paying more money, there is a scratch at many places, it is quite condemnable here.
The media could not be loaded. I would like to write this experience in details.Good Things -1. Build quality is good.2. We can see for more time (Years) for this product.3. There are many brands in the market but this model of Kaya comes with a lot of sparkle.Bad Things -1. Scratches at many places due to lack of a bad packaging.2. Amazon trackers do not get updates on time and third party vendors also do not give updates on time.3. Front tire disc brake is not working properly, because we have to install it.4. Rear Brakes also do not work.5. No person comes from Kaya and Amazon to do the byke instalment.6. Went to cycle shop and spend 400Rs for gear and brake adjustments.7. No accessories are available with the cycle, that cost is also high, around 1500 rupees extra out side vendor.8. Front gear is not working, totally not acceptable.9. Waste of money and Time.Everything was disappointing here, so did not get a satisfaction by paying more money. I think the brands should work for all this issues.
