I bought the medium for my 11 pound havapoo. I think I should have bought the small, because the dog can easily shake it off. It's not a huge problem, though, and it works at helping to keep water out of the dog's ears.

A little bit about my cat:My cat gets extremely stressed when he needs to be restrained for whatever reason. So much so that my he needs sedatives when the vet has to draw blood or administer a shot. When it comes time to cut his nails, I spend 3/4 the time restraining him and even then I’m only able to safely cut 1/2 of his nails.Why I bought this product:I bought this specifically to calm him when I cut his nailsDid it work for us?Yes, it did. It didn’t “calm” him as much as it disarmed him. He was a third as reactive and I was able to safely cut ALL of his nails, front and back paws.I would recommend this product.

My dog did not keep it on his head. It bunched up and didn’t fit properly. I bought a medium for a 22 pound Dog.

I purchased these for my mom’s dog for her to use as “Quiet ears”…he barks whenever he hears a noise outside…so when he starts she asks him if he wants his “quiet ears”… usually if he sees them he stops… but if he doesn’t my mom puts them on and he stops after a few barks then wears them for awhile quietly:)

Use it for calming our little dog, as soon as it is on he stops to relax, also great for walks if the weather is really cold (keeps ears warm)
