I purchased this in hopes it would help my 18 yr old daughter with anxiety. She's taken it as per directions and after just 2 days she noticed a difference. It's been almost 2 weeks and it's definitely helped her with anxiety and by taking it in the evening helps her feel relaxed enough to get a good night's sleep. I researched this herb and it has many other health benefits and I think it's great there's an herb that works versus having to get a doctor prescribed drug that may have side effects. The taste of these gummies aren't great, but definitely tolerable and helps for those who cannot swallow pill form. I realize this may not work for everyone, but it's certainly helped my daughter who's dealt with anxiety and stress issues for some time.

Tastes great

I received these gummies about one week ago and immediately added them to my nightly routine. I’ve been experiencing what I believe to be perimenopause symptoms and I’ve read and heard from friends that Ashwagandha supplements can help with some of the anxiety and imbalance I’ve been experiencing. The first couple of nights I laid down after taking two and knocked out much earlier than normal. I changed my time to taking them closer to bedtime and I’ve definitely been experiencing deeper, more restful sleep that lasts all night. To my chagrin and surprise, my cycle appeared a few days early (hence the idea that I am in perimenopause) and I was more surprised bc in the days prior I did NOT experience at first of rage which is what I was hoping to combat with these supplements. The chews are very soft and chewy albeit there is a tiny aftertaste, but not enough to deter me from continuing to take them. Let’s hope next month is as chill for me (and my family!)

I liked this product better than the Goli brand.

There is a trick to opening these things. It's not like a normal push and twist to open. You start out like a normal one, push down (hard!) And twist. You'll reach a point where it stops twisting abd feels like it's stuck. At this point you need to stop pushing, grab the lid, and YANK it off. It's not a gentle pull, I really had to put a little muscle into it. Most push and twist locks you feel disengage and then you can just pull off but this one doesn't. Drove me up a wall til I figured it out.Also these things taste horrible, really bitter with a weird flavor. I can taste some fruit flavor in there but on the whole these are the worst tasting vitamin or supplement gummies I've ever had. I would rather just swallow a pill than have to taste these every day...No idea yet if they work but I think I'm going to return them because of the two issues above.

These gummies don't taste good and are more expensive than the ones I would normally get. I regret taking a chance on these gummies since I can't get a refund. I'm very disappointed with these and will have to buy new ones. The only thing I like about the gummies is that it's a cute heart shape but it doesn't really matter when it tastes awful.

These work. I like how calm they make me feel and I can think clearly.
