I will just say that I did not think this product would truly work but I am here to say that after 2 nights of using these butterfly patches….they do work. I had surgery on my left hand and I truly wished I had of known about these patches first. I have ordered three times. The first two boxes I used nightly but now I can go every third night and put on a patch. My carpal tunnel has improved greatly and I highly recommend before you have surgery, please try. I suggest that you try these patches at first signs of carpal tunnel. I truly believe they would’ve kept me from getting in such a bad way if I had of known about them and use them from the beginning. I placed them a little bit down from the thumb area in the middle of my hand and slant the patch to where it looks as though it is flying slightly toward your thumb. The company is amazing and will help you if you are having any problems. Please make sure you use the alcohol wipes to get any oil off your hands and let them dry before placing the patch. It took me a long time after surgery of my left hand and head to end up using the patches for it as well. please give them an honest try as they truly do work .

The box I received was old, the individual packaging looked and felt like it was a bandaid from the 80s…when I opened them up, the first one the adhesive was totally dried out, so I tried again and that was also totally dried out. The third one I tried the adhesive strip fell off when I opened it…because it was so dried out. Save your money and buy some KT tape instead

I have carpool Tunnel and I finally found a product that I could use and help me sleep at night as my hands would start throbbing an aching and burning it was not fun or pleasant.I originally purchased one small package try them and from that point on until I have my surgery have purchased several more I ordered 80 patches, I'm wearing them right now and I put 21 each and every night knowing that they're going to provide positive relief and comfort.The only other thing I would recommend is the purchase a cover or a Band-Aid to keep it on your hand when you move around and it will also keep it secure and dry.Additionally, I highly recommend the brand name Band-Aid as I have used as a products and they just don't work good as the good old Band-Aid product.This is a great product it'll I get through until my surgery and I would highly highly recommend it.Thank you

I bought it for my mom, but sadly she said she didn"t get much relief.

I felt relief instantaneously. Not total relief, but it definitely took the edge off.However, the next morning I couldn't get them off. It felt like I'd literally tear my skin off if I just pulled it off. So I came back to the ad and read the Q&A and OMG some people said they DID tear their skin off removing them!I thought, this can't be right! Surely there's an easy way! I looked at the box and contents - nothing. I went to their website - NOTHING about how to REMOVE!Finally, I searched 'how to remove medical-grade adhesive' and found that rubbing alcohol works! And it did work! Even then, I had to keep massaging it into the glue a little at a time, and it took a good 10 minutes to remove the patches from both hands. But my skin was intact!It was a major hassle removing them so I plan to use these only if I'm desperate. (I'm getting chiropractic care as a more permanent solution.)I'm docking 2 stars because the company is VERY IRRESPONSIBLE for Not explaining how to remove them. They really need to address this in the box insert and on their website. I shudder to think of how many people took off their skin needlessly.Make sure you've got rubbing alcohol before using.

I have mild to advanced carpal tunnel in both hands. I need surgery in at least one hand but been trying all sorts of alternative therapies meanwhile. This one was sadly a failure. I used all on both hands, without my carpal tunnel braces and with them until I finished the box. Firstly they are designed for ONE use only. Once you take them off they won't stick back to your skin at all! So it's quite an expensive and wasteful product. And frankly I didn't feel any positive impact, they made no difference whatsoever. I really wished they work but they're just another expensive gimmick.

Plastic edges cut into my hand.

This product worked great for my carpal tunnel! I usually put them on at night under my braces. It is kind of hard to keep them on during the day. If I need them, I just put medical take on them to make it more secure
