Nice quality
I set them on fire, they burned, it was warm, used them in a wood-burning stove. Not as messy as some fuel sources and they stacked up nicely, being brick-shaped.

Faultless customer service, however the heat logs only last up to two hours
I have used half a box before writing this review. You need a good bed of embers before you can use these and once you have that they do burn nice and warm but not for 4 hours as suggested burn time, even with the burner turned down low there is a chance they can go out altogether so you need to keep an eye on them. Nice to use on a really cold night before bed as the last stoke up and to just lay one or two on the fire to keep the chill off - for a couple of hours. Bit disappointed that they don’t last longer but they do give a good burn. Also being eco friendly I wonder if the ‘heavy’ plastic packaging could be avoided and a recyclable alternative could be used.*Update*I’m on my last few briquettes and although they don’t burn for the suggested 4 hours they do burn longer than a regular log and it’s a nice steady heat. I will buy again!

Burns well
I used this alongside hardwood logs from my own tree work as they take a long time to catch. These briquettes help the fire along.

Don't last long
Burns well but far too quick, only about 40 minutes with all the vents closed in a log burner.

Not that great, bit disappointing
We have a log burner oven and can see from the oven temp that they really don’t give off much heat at all. They do last about 2-3 hours but because they are very hard to keep lit you need to keep adding logs so honestly they aren’t worth it and are just a bit pointless - you may as well just use logs!! We were hoping to be able to place a couple at night to provide some long, slow burn heat but these really aren’t the one. Also, extremely smokey / steamy - not suitable for open fires. The smoke was very clean and not sooty so I don’t think they are particularly bad pollutants but you do need a proper flue to carry it away.

Very good, would buy again
I used about 10 briquettes on separate occasions before writing this review. We do not have an open fireplace, we have a log burner with a sealed door. I wouldn’t recommend trying to light these on a freshly lit fire, The first couple of tries I used almost half a bag of kindling and plenty of firelighters to try and light them. The easiest way to get these going is to put them on a fire that’s already been burning for at least 30 to 45 minutes. Using a log burner with minimum airflow, the maximum burn time I’ve managed to get from these is almost 3 hours. However for the price I would definitely buy again.
