You need NRG Short Hub SRK-106H

Q: Will this fit my 99 subaru legacy outback?

Don't quote me on this, but Subaru seemed to use the same steering column spline pattern with the corresponding model series. I believe 99-01 was the span, so one from an impreza/wrx *should* work. Subaru being weird I could be wrong
