Q: This ink in good for printing vinyl stickers? It won’t scratch off?

No it’s for screen printing fabric. I do not think it would work in stickers

Q: Could I use this for wood printing?

I have not used it on wood, but it worked great on a shirt that I made. I would try it on a scrape piece of wood and maybe heat set it with an iron or heat gun. Then put a sealer on it to see what it does.
