does a good job
I would advocate this product as an adjunct to normal brushing and flossing. I dont think it replaces either, but would help overall. It takes minute to get used to it and maneuver the instrument. You will make a mess of it the first few uses, then you get the hang. I like the adjustability, the east of use, and the overall function of the machine. It's not noisy. I do wish the cord was a foot longer as it is stretched to the max to reach my sink. I think the best thing about it is that it does a good job on the far back molars that are hard to get floss around. I like the pulsating feature with you can use as a guide tooth to tooth. I do find that I am not done using it when the reservoir runs out and I have to refill it. But that is just me. I also discovered that you do not want to use very cold water. Warm it a bit and it's much more comfortable. I like to add a capful of mouthwash to the reservoir water, remembering to fully rinse it out and run the machine until clear when I am done. My only concern is replacement heads. They are available on Amazon and the instructions say to replace them every 6 months. Other than that, I am pleased to add this to my routine of oral care.

The best one I have tried.
This seems to be well made. It is quiet and looks good. The motor also seems stronger than others I have tried. Only wish the reservoir was bigger.

It works great and it isn’t too loud.
If you are slow you don’t have to fill it up twice like the handheld ones. Not too loud either. The tank part is easy to clean.

Design flaw almost guaranteed to fail!
I don't generally write reviews, but this is so poorly designed it's hard not to warn others.I'd heard about potential leaks but figured I'd try it anyway.Plugged it in and more water leaked out of the handle base and switch than came out the end of the actual nozzle.Tried to see if the hose was loose and it came out of the handle entirely with just one wiggle, disclosing there's apparently no actual clamp to seal the hose into the internal handle trigger and the tip of the hose was split as well.Since you can't open the handle to reattach it, and the hose isn't firmly attached to the handle, it can be almost guaranteed that it will either arrive leaking or will eventually fail.I own several Philips products and am generally impressed with them, but this is clearly a case of profiting off brand history while cutting every potential corner they could to save each and every dime possible. The engineering and quality on this is so poor I'm not even angry but actually laughed out loud when I figured out the issue. It deserves zero stars, but that's not an option.

Powerful and easy to clean
one of the better water flossers that I bought, be careful when using it around crowns or loose fillings. Crowns can come off when not used correctly. Do not use highest setting keep it around 7 or 8. Easy to clean

Not the most reliable for the money
Worked fine while it worked. Doesn't take up too much counter space and the tank usually is large enough to finish one session. (It could be bigger but then you'd sacrifice counter space.) Fairly quiet. Handle size is small enough to make operation fairly easy once one gets the hang of it. But it only lasted for about a year before it stopped working. Probably won't buy this brand again.
