Seems like a good biotin supplement
I have been taking biotin for a long time, and I am happy with this brand. It has been easily digestible, and the capsules leave no aftertaste or weird burps. I like that the ingredients have a lot of trace items that i don't think i get from similar products.With a product like this, it's hard for me to tell how well it is working, since i also do other things for my hair and nails (due to age-related concerns) so it is part of a greater overall approach, but when i replaced my previous biotin capsules with this one, i had no complaints. This is a one-month supply, recommended 2 per day.I would use these again.
