does not work with DVL, well made just not a large enough pass through hole

sent only half the item...
received only half of the wall thimble. there should have been two parts, as shown in picture of item. A wall thimble has two parts , one inside and one outside that meet up. I had scheduled my installer and had to cancel him...he wasnt happy and i have an unfinished installation.....

Picture and model number suggests this a two piece(outside and inside section together) to make it adjustable to wall but part arrived with only outside half.
