Jati Umbra 1.5m Small Tilting Garden Parasol with Cover (Natural) - Square | Single-Pulley | 2-Part Pole

Did want a huge parasol as we have a small garden, so this was perfect. It’s not cheap but is very well made and a good quality - pays your money makes your choice! We’ve only had the opportunity to use it a few days but very pleased with it.

Attractive and effective. Only complaint is it's quite hard to pull fully open in order to put the lock pin in the slot. Fine for me but too difficult for my wife.

Looks good. Seems like it's good quality but mine arrived with a small hole in the fabric. Unfortunately I had stored it for weeks unopened due to the rainy weather before putting it together. I have kept it as I couldn't be bothered to return it. It looks good. It opens fairly easily with the pull cord. There were no instructions on how to tilt it. I worked it out eventually but a diagram would have helped.To anyone buying a parasol I would say think about the size you need. This is quite small,which I thought would be fine but I think a bit larger would have been better as I'm not sure it throws enough shade.

Very good quality parasol. Very solid and well made. Looks more expensive than it is. And I am not a person who is easily pleased.

did the job well

Took me ages to find this small (1.5m) and sturdy tilting parasol for a tiny but windy patio. This is ideal as it is heavy and the canopy is vented to let wind through. Only had it a few days but it is top quality, has performed exceptionally well in windy conditions and has not blown over like flimsier models have. It is a small canopy, which is exactly what I wanted for the small patio area. For me it is quite high - over 6 foot (and cannot be shortened) but that means tall people don’t bump into it. Was delivered extremely quickly - within three days it ordering. Very pleased with purchase and highly recommend

The product was of high standard but unfortunately the tilting mechanism button did not work so I returned it. The purchase, delivery and return procedure was simple and effective but JATI appeared reluctant to process the refund. This was finally received after a number of communications; perhaps this was a one off? I'll attribute benefit of doubt!
