The bend was way too "shallow" and I put it in a vice and had to bend it out some otherwise it just literally sat on the window/roof. Once I bent it out in a vice, I was able to install it. If I did not have a vice, not sure how I would have bent it.

They are great and simple mounts, I really like them. The only problem I had was I ended up putting in a 52" light bar, it fit better than a 54". I ordered both and found the better fitting one. I have a 2008 F-150

It works only if you bind them. It's not as easy as it looks to mount them. I got these for my 02 f250 and had to modify the brackets. It would have been nice to have instructions it didn't come with any at all . The rivets that came with them where not long enough to hold on tight enough ended up using self tapping screws rich I didn't really want to do this is why I ordered these to begin with kind of wished got a better set

Worked on my 2000 F350 7.3. A little bending required not very difficult at all with two people.

Initially I thought that these would be a perfect solution to mount my 52" Curved Light Bar, since the magnetic mounts blew off while driving. Unfortunately, I don't think that these are completely up to the task.Issue 1, no instructions to give you a good idea where to mount these. It took a bit to figure out where they actually lined up with the body so they could be mounted.Issue 2, the rivets that were included we too short. They barely make it through the bracket itself, let alone through the bracket and sheet metal.Issue 3, now that everything is mounted solidly and I go drive, the bar is vibrating at any speed over 25mph. The vibration literally resonates through the truck. It is extremely annoying to put it mildly

Modified to fit 52" straight LED light bar on my 2005 F-150. I had to re-bend the bracket so I flattened the bend where the light mounts and then just bent it at a different angle. I then used 2" metal strapping from Home Depot and used it as an extension. This is held on by the 2 hex head bolts. I measured down 4.5" from the windshield and installed rivnuts (nutserts) to mount the brackets.

Liked everything about it

Had to install it lower on the windshield but it looks ok and functions just right.
