Q: Why is there no size chart?

Not sure, but I normally wear a large and it fits great.

Q: I have large breast, so does the bra part of the cami keep the breast from sliding down?

If you have large breast (heavy) you will most like still need to wear a bra. The breast part is just for minor support.

My wife brought this and she love it

I wear a 36 B and the medium fits.
