The design provides a perfect fit under chin and around neck. The material is soft and the foam firm but conforming. We have machine washed it twice and find it maintains these qualities.

I needed something to keep my mouth from falling open at night and breaking the seal on my CPAP mask that I use with my ventilator. I saw a video suggesting this type of collar and it does work well for keeping my jaw from dropping. However the pad at the rear made sleeping uncomfortable and I would often wake up with neck pain.

We were looking for a brace for a friend that has a wreck. This is soft but supportive at the same time. We are happy to find it.

This cervical collar is very stiff and hard, making it very uncomfortable. The foam is too firm.

Worked great for my neck surgery. My Dr only ordered 1. I prefer to be able to wash.Most doctors use a rigid colla, so don't assume it will be what you're getting.

I ordered two of these collars, one 3 inches tall and one 3.5 inches tall. Neither are long enough to go comfortably around my neck. They would be great if they actually fit my neck, but neither do. I went into return the products, and there’s no option to return, only options to Troubleshoot. It’s not quite that high-tech to Troubleshoot. It’s a collar with Velcro. I called the customer service phone number and there’s a recording that says no one there to man the phones. I left a message, so we’ll see what comes of that.

It's a very comfortable neck race if you could call any neck brace comfortable this one is so I highly recommend it and has done me a great deal of good thank you
