The media could not be loaded. This pan is absolutely amazing BUT ONLY if you take care of it properly (more on this later). I purchased this pan in April 2021 and as of this review I have just hit my three year anniversary with it. The photos from my review are after three years of ownership.The people in the reviews who are saying that the coating comes off are treating their pan like garbage. Treat this pan with kindness and respect and it will reward you with the best non-stick experience you’ve ever had.This pan shrugs off basically all foods even with practically no oil. It is my absolute favourite pan to cook with because cleanup really only takes a single wipe with a sponge, and the rivetless handle design means you don’t have to dig around to get food off any part of it.NOW, let’s discuss care for this pan. If you care for your pan the way I do, yours will look like mine after three years.- DO NOT use any utensils made of materials other than silicone! No metal, no plastic, no wood, and no rubber. All of these materials are too hard and will scrape the coating off. The magic of the non-stick coating works because it is incredibly soft. If you use ANY material other than silicone, you will ruin this pan.- DO NOT cook at high heat. Teflon non-stick coating has a smoke point lower than the highest heat available on most stoves. This kind of cookware is designed for mid-heat daily cooking for common staples like eggs and bacon. If you need high heat, whip out a cast iron or other pan that doesn’t have a non-stick coating.- DO NOT put it in the dishwasher. The spokes in the dishwasher will scrape the coating and the high heat and pressure of water sprayed in it will also damage the coating- DO NOT put other pans on top of it when you store it in your cabinets. This one should be obvious but people are going to do it anyway…I have used this pan on both electric and gas stoves over the time I’ve owned it and it has served me extremely well. I have not had the luxury of using this pan on an induction stove, so I don’t know how well that works although the copper on the bottom means it should support it.Anyway, I think this is all you need to know about this amazing pan. If you follow the instructions for care it will be the most amazing nonstick pan you will ever own. And the price is amazing considering how good this thing is. Buy this thing now… buy every single size while you’re at it!
