Easy to adjust height etc. doesn’t take long to figure out. The flared legs on the bottom give extras support-it feels very sturdy. To be fair, it is heavier than your average ladder- because the aluminum is thicker for strength , etc. but it does have wheels at the bottom, so that helps with maneuverability.It is worth the hype, and is a good design. Husband was on it cleaning out the gutters, while Little Me stood at the bottom watching out- all went well, and we both were confident that it was safe…and yes, i did get on it and climbed up to clean out a gutter -it felt very safe, I wasn’t wobbly at all.We bought a used one..it was just like new, only cheaper..:) the box was heavy, and had to be delivered specially, so keep that in mind when you order it..you may have to pick it up at the post office..though I don’t know how your postal service is for you. Just be aware of when it’s coming and how you’ll be getting it…just be careful folks ..it’s heavy. High marks for sturdiness, weight and stability. And the added extendable legs for uneven ground is a god send!

This ladder will perform for any of your height ascending needs. Light, compact and easy to use and configure. Fits easily in my truck with little space taken. The speed latches are a lot easier and accurate to operate than earlier versions. The levelers ensure steadiness and security in uneven terrain. And the added wheels ensure easy moving or help with repositioning.I highly recommend this ladder for versatility and quality. The new design a n d features are a must have for around the house or for regular contractors like myself, everyday use and dependability.

This ladder isn't light... but it's high enough that we can reach our lower roof when extended, and we can use this on stairs, as well as double sided when doing work on the fence etc.This really is the best possible ladder you can own to allow for multiple jobs in multiple situations.I can't recommend this enough.

I love this ladder. Easy to adjust, carry and fit into uneven locations. Just get the largest size, you might as well.
