This product is wonderful. It's the second time I have used them.I built a super strong solid workbench in less than an hour!!! These brackets work great. Once you cut the wood it's kinda like putting a lego set together . Makes the job go quickly and looks great !! Please shop around for them..this price is crazy. In the U.S. every Home Depot has these in stock and they cost about 6 dollars U.S. each.

I am a big fan of the entire Simpson Strong-Tie family of products. They make joint work exceptionally strong, simple, and nearly idiot-proof. I bought a box of eight of these RTC42 brackets . I used one to make a platform bed for my son (for the far corner from two sides lag-screwed into the wall studs). I used the remainder to make a work bench in my shop. Both are rock-solid, and neither took me more than half a day to assemble. I've used other Simpson brackets on outdoor projects and they are durable and corrosion resistant.
