Bought March 29 of this year and am so disappointed in this skillet. I washed by hand and used no or very little oil and now everything sticks bad and it is impossible to clean. I wasted my money on this pan. It didn’t last. Buy something else!

This pan is definitely a great representation of the always reliable Farberware brand. I bought this to replace an old 12" nonstick pan and I was initially concerned that it was 2" smaller in diameter, but it makes up for it in depth and sturdiness. Everything glides right off the coating and the heat distribution is excellent on my glass-top electric stove. And for what it's worth, it looks nice, too. I can tell that this is going to be my "go to" pan for much of my stovetop cooking.

I bought this size skillet so I wouldn't have to drag out my very large one when not cooking as much food at once. The size is perfect for me, it easily releases all foods including melted cheeses and sticky foods from its non-stick interior making it also a cinch to clean up, is easy to handle with the extra helper handle, and can go from the top of the stove to the inside of the oven - but only to 350º. I would have given this 5 full stars if only it was able to be used in a hotter oven (like 400-425º).

I've owned 1 before. This MUST be treated carefully. It's surface DOES chip and SCRATCH over a year. It is NOT impervious to high heat....BUT, i did NOT follow the care-directions carefully. THIS time I will
