Rancid oil
Went to use it still in its expiry time and it turned out it was rancid. I had to throw away $25 worth of product I was using for my dessert as well as the colors and started over with gel coloring. I would certainly have sniffed them had I known that they were potentially bad.

Nonreturnable item
The blue arrived cracked open and the item is not returnable. All other colors are vibrant and work well.

Oil food coloring
When coloring melting chocolates, I wasn’t aware of the oil based ones that had to be used. Otherwise the chocolate will clump up. So I found these and they worked perfectly and get the job done. No spills were detected. Everything came in nice and clean. They are smaller, but I didn’t need a lot. I also bought these because I didn’t need to spend a lot on pricier brands. They are about the size of an airpod case.
