Q: does have sugar in it?

No added sugar in the product. I add the concentrate to orange juice, which is quite sweet itself, so don't add table sugar.

Q: how do you know what you are buying one label shows 80 calories, 19 carbs, the other label pictures show 110 calories, 22 carbs???

Not sure what you mean by two labels. I only have one and it shows 110 calories with 27 gram carb and 22 gram sugar per 1 fl oz serving. It helps my family not really concerned with cal or carbs. Sorry.

Q: is it better to take in the morning or bedtime

the studies I've seen on using it as a sleep aid have used a twice a day protocol -- 2 tablespoons (equivalent to 8 oz glass) first thing in the morning when you get up, and 2 tablespoons 1-2 hours before bedtime.

Q: how long does it take to notice if it helps?

It actually took about 3 months to notice the lack of swelling in the feet and ankles...but then it eliminated the swelling completely in another few weeks.
