Product claims to come with removable fitfin Gels but are not included.

If you buy, you get disappointed.
I brought two pairs, one for i phone and another for Samsung and both the sound of this product is excellent, however, they do not stay connected to my phone. I have to keep unplugging them. So, in my experience, I'd never buy these again or would recommend then to anyone else.
