Light and effective
Lacto Calamine Sunscreen SPF 50 is a reliable choice for oily skin. Its lightweight, non-greasy formula absorbs quickly, providing a matte finish without clogging pores. Enriched with Kaolin Clay and Lemon Extract, it helps control oil and reduce pigmentation. However, some users have noted a slight white cast upon sweating. Overall, it's an affordable and effective sunscreen for daily use.

Not so good
This sunscreen is fine when applied but as soon as u start sweating & the sweat gets in ur eyes, u have a burning sensation for few seconds. Not advisable when driving in the sun.

This Lacto Calamine SPF 50 sunscreen sounds ideal for oily skin. With Kaolin Clay, Vitamin E, and Lemon Extracts, it promises oil control, no white cast, and broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection. Plus, it's water-resistant and paraben-free – a great all-rounder!

Affordable and good quality
An affordable sunscreeen with good protection. What i dont like is it leaves a grey cast on dark skin as it has a whitish tint just like the lacyo calamine lotion.

Do not buy because of cost. It'll cost you big time!
Was very bad, had a white cast with purple sort of tint. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Difficult blending it into the skin and may trigger breakouts
I usually like the Lacto Calamine products since they are sensitive on the skin and do not cause any damages. I regularly use the Cleansing Toner, the 10% Niacinamide and the Vitamin C Serums and the Green Tea Night Gel Moisturizer and have been liking it. I recently bought the Lacto Calamine Sunscreen lotion. Unlike the brand claims, the lotion is greasy and does not leave a matte finish on the skin. It is a mammoth task to get the lotion to blend into the skin and will easily take about five minutes of working to get it absorbed. I bought this water-resistant lotion to use it for my morning jogs. But I manage to get myself a mini workout just applying and blending the lotion into the skin before stepping out for the jog. Mine is a combination to oily skin type and I have to top this lotion application with a sunscreen powder or a compact to get the matte finish look. The label claims that it is suitable for oily skin people, but it doesn't work for me. Those with oily skin and living in humid weather conditions like in Mumbai, you may want to give it a pass unless you have the patience, endurance and the time to get this lotion to blend into the skin.Update after two weeks of use: This sunscreen gave me breakouts and I must say I will definitely not recommend it to anyone with oily or combination skin type. I had initially rated this product 3/5 but reducing the rating to 2/5 with this review update.
