Worked Great
I bought this for my elderly mother who wears a catheter. The tube and bag were so uncomfortable on her leg. This made it easy to take off to drain the bag. The elastic snaps that come with catheter bags were just too difficult to manage. These also allow the bag to lay flat on the leg.

Far Superior To Ones Provided By Doctor
These are far more comfortable and far easier to place and adjust on your leg. Attaching the bag is child’s play. I am docking one star because even though there are rubberized grippers on the skin side of the straps they will still slide down your leg. Easy enough to pull up and re-adjust if necessary. Just be aware it will still be necessary. But as a replacement to those included straps, do yourself a favor and get these.

It's got to be tight
The key is: Tighten as much as you think is necessary, then tighten about a mile beyond that.Living with a catheter is bad enough. But dealing with the thin elastic straps that come with the bag is a huge irritation. They slip. Make them tight enough to hold the bag, and they dig into your leg and hurt. These are great. Will even hold a full 16 oz bag in place. But you must make the tight. Do it. These will not cut into you and hurt your leg or cut off circulation.

They are very good.
I like that you can wash them. The are comfortable. They seem to be holding up well, that is that the elastic is still firm, after several washings. They wont hold up the catheter bag without a strap, or they won't for us. But a very good solution to taking the pressure off the leg.

Really helped my elderly father with his leg bag
My elderly father has had a catheter and a leg bag now for almost a year and has had a difficult time of it. The straps that come with the bags are too narrow and if you get them tight enough to actually hold the bag in place, dig into his leg. Even when too tight to be comfortable the bags still want to move around on him and the little buttons that most straps use also dig in. He's been pretty miserable.I got him a set of this on just a whim that they might work. He got them about a week ago and tonight he called me and asked me to get him another set. They hold the bag securely and are comfortable enough that he says he sometimes forgets it's there.I haven't even seen them, since I had them sent to him directly, but he's very happy and it's really improved his mood and his comfort.

Problematic
The leg bag holder is much more comfortable than the thinner elastic straps provided with the bag. However, I’m unable to get enough tension on the proximal strap to keep the bag from slipping down, even when the bag is almost empty. I have an average size thigh, so while the band fits well, it just doesn’t stay up.

So much more comfortable than thin velcro straps
These are much more stable and comfortable than the straps that you leave the hospital with after a nephrostomy. I would love to see the same style straps made for the calves (so shorter length). If you have been having some discomfort on your leg due to your collection bag, I recommend trying this even if it is to switch out where the pressure is sometimes. They are also more stable so they don't sag when the bag is full.

Game Changer Compared to Stock Elastic Straps
The thin elastic straps you receive with your leg catheter are junk compared to these 2" wide soft cloth bands that include silicone strips on the skin side to avoid slipping. The stock straps you receive with a bag catheter are just not functional. First, because they are so thin, they dig right into your leg when you get them tight enough so they won't slip. Second, the stock straps don't prevent the bag from bunching up which I found very annoying and would cause the plastic bag to dig into your skin. These straps are an engineering marvel and congrats to whoever thought this up. Highly recommend!
