My second pet palace.
I’ve had a pet palace for years. It was designed to sit on a cargo rack on the tour pak. I wasn’t comfortable with it there, so I put it in the passenger seat. My last one was used by a 7# Yorkie who sadly passed. I now have a “Shorty Jack”, 14# Jack Russell. She is a handful. With the old pet palace she was able to get to the passenger back rest and chewed it up. I just kept putting gorilla tape on it.Since the old pet palace was getting a little thread bear, I purchased this new style. The back of the new pet palace is taller and actually protects the backrest. It fits perfectly in the passenger seat of the Harley Tri Glide. It is a little tougher to get solid in the seat than the older one, but once the straps are adjusted, the quick releases make it an easy on and off. They’re is more room for the larger dog and there is ample storage for water, food and a couple toys for a trip. Air flow is pretty good. The newer version has a little more insulation and helps to keep my pooch a little cooler. (Tip: use a child’s t-shirt that fits the dog and keep it wet when it’s really hot. The evaporation helps to keep it cool) It’s best to do pretty frequent rest stops when it’s really hot just for the pooch. Couldn’t hurt you as well.It can be used as a backrest, but, my trike has a ridged one. Not sure how long the pet palace would hold up with a rider leaning on it for hours on end.All in all, I really like the newer version. No worries about damaging the speaker grills. as it fits really well. Also, and no more “chewing” on the passenger backrest. I have replaced the backrest … LOL.

Happy Shiba Inu, fits on passenger seat
Having 2015 Honda Valkyrie, it's hard to find anything that fits on this bike. Having a 35lb Shiba Inu who gets jumpy and can freak out, I hoped I wouldn't be returning this. The attachment points I'm using are the passenger foot pegs and passenger grab rails. The bottom is hard, but still flexibile. It would work much better on a touring setup. My dog loved riding so much (verified with GoPro to analyze behavior) that I am having a fabricator make a custom luggage rack to fit my bike and this bag.The bag itself has a lot of storage pouches for water bottles, food, treats, leashes, etc.Again, the bottom of the bag is firm, so you will probably want a small pad for your pup.

Nice bag, but room for improvement. (Needs more venting for dog)
So I have 3 dog carriers. This is the 3rd one, as they finally got the message to create one for the back seat. But they forgot to give it enough vents for the dog. They only give one top vent, but what if it is raining and you want to close that up? Dog needs more air. They should have included a side vent. Also, the placement of the D ring needs to change. Or better still, add another one. On the back wall, close to the seat. My harness has a rear D ring so having it on the back wall would be better. You really want a harness on your puppy, not a collar. It is an improvement, but needs more work. Make it a bit smaller for the speakers that are in the tour pak. They stick out, and this bag just fits. So with custom speakers, you cannot use it. I have a 2020 Harley Ultra Limited. They also can make better use of the pockets, and support it more for the puppy. I didn't use any straps as the wind would knock them around and rub against my bag lids. Dog was safe without them. I did use the rear straps to connect to my rack. That kept the bag against the back of the seat.I did 1300 miles over the weekend with the dog. I had the top open, and the dog was standing with his paws on my shoulder. He was strapped in, and he did very well.

Perfect for Electraglide, who cares anything else.
Perfect 15 pound Pomeranian with room to spare. Back seat !!Without him, this thing is unreal for carrying extra stuff.Especially coming out of the grocery market and seeing,"Oh no I'm on my motorcycle?"with a 1/2 cart of groceries !!!Traveling, camping, touringanything..set it up right, four guick disconnects it's out. It's literally reinforced and contours exactly to the curve in the rear seat rest. 2013 Electraglide.I'm cheap dude and it's worth the money haha...ride safe.

Sturdy pet carrier for my 22 lb Shiba Inu
I was having a difficult time finding a pet carrier that would comfortably fit my 22 lb Shiba Inu. This one allows her enough space to sit upright with her head out (goggles on) or to curl up inside while on the highway. The tie down straps are designed for any bike, highly adjustable and hold the carrier securely on my back seat. There are good sized zipper compartments and two water bottle holders which are convenient. My only concern is a lack of air flow/venting as the only vent is through the top.

My dog loves riding along
Great product for what I was looking for. There are many different options/ ways for it to mount to different bikes. My Australian Cattle Dog loves the wind and getting out. Only issue I have is the leash/ hook inside the bag doesn’t work the best as if she really wants out she can turn around and get her body out of the holder, but with a little adjustments/ customization it worked out great.

Fits the bitch seat like a glove
I own a 2000 HD Electra glide ultra and a 23 pound dog. The dog fits perfect inside this bag and the bag fits well on the bike. Highly recommend to anyone with a small to medium size dog and similar bike
