Q: How much weight can this bag handle? All of my hand tools are very heavy, so will the bag break?

The bag and strap rivets can handle a lot of weight. My issue was the straps. Over time from sweat, dirt, moisture, etc., the straps start to deteriorate. I've had it more than ten years and it's my 'goody bag' now. I keep all the odds and ends in Klein/Milwaukee zipper pouches.

Q: Are these made in the USA?

Yes, it's the reason I purchased mine.

Q: What size would be good for a drill, impact driver, hammer and angle grinder?

I have the 16" and it fits many of the standard hand tools, 3 of the different size accessory tool bags (on occasion have used it as an overnight bag.) I would think, depending on the size of the tools you mentioned and how many extras you want to include, I wouldn't go with anything smaller than the 18". Better more space than less.

Q: Why are the dimensions for the 14 inch bag listed as 19.5 x 9 x 3.5 inches? What am I missing?

When the bag is open the gussets can be extended out, I measured it at 18.5 but maybe it could be stuffed to 19.5.
