Reliability and Safeness
Have worked out with Undersun Bands for three years. Have found them very effective for training. I trust this product and have been happy with the longevity. I am 87 years old and love the workout.

Great if you don't have the space for weights.
Works as advertised. Only negative might be need to wear gloves. Good workout if you don't have room for bench and weights or can't go to the gym. Great for a senior like me who doesn't want to bulk up but just wants to stay fit.

Great Stretch
This is my first set of flat resistance bands. I have a set of Bodylastic resistance tubes that I like, but wanted to add resistance bands to my home gym mix. I watched many many reviews on resistance bands and settled on the Undersun set.I’ve used these bands for several weeks and like them a lot. They provide some different angles on exercises than my tubes. I got the Red/Black set and there is very lite, to no sent, to the bands. I do like the stretch they provide. I can stand on the medium band and do an overhead press. I’m 6 ft. Tall, the band feel sturdy and I don’t worry about it breaking.Gloves are a must with exercise bands. You can get away without gloves with the tubes, but not the bands. This is not a knock, just how bands are designed with sharp edges. The only knock I have is the storage bag. It’s a thick zip lock plastic bag. That’s OK for stuffing in your gym bag, but not too classy carrying it on it’s own. There are no handles on the bag either. I’m not expecting a Gucci, but even a material bag with a drawcord would be better. I am taking a star for this.Overall I do like the bands and recommend them.

Waited too long
Sat on an unused rope set trying to find the motivation, you can actually feel a real workout with Undersun bands. Looking forward to extra sets & bonus anchors.Tons of coaching & knowledge available from the founder, from absolute ignorance to a full routine I look forward to.

Haven't used these yet but they seem great
These bands just arrived today so I haven't actually had the chance to do a real workout with them. So I can't really speak to their durability, but I did a few test exercises and used the door anchor and everything so far seems very high quality and meets if not exceeds my expectations. Bands definitely do not feel cheap or flimsy.Update: Now that I've done an actual workout with them (only one so far) I can say that they do hold up. I put lots of stretch tension on these things and they did not snap. I don't notice any warping or damage or even minor tears. As soon as the tension is released, they return to their original condition without any sign of being stretched out, as if they were never used.Door anchor held up perfectly as well. The outdoor strap or comes with is cool added functionality, but it would be nice if it came with its own velcro or other mechanism for keeping it out of the way when not in use. I just rolled it up into a ball and used some of the rubber bands that came with the packaging to hold it in place and that seems to work perfectly. There does seem to be a learning curve coming to these bands from free weights and cable machines. I think mastering proper technique to get equivalent muscle activation will take some practice. The inverted strength curve of the bands compared to free weights and cable machines makes it harder for me to correctly judge how close or far I am from fatigue and failure and will take some getting used to.I am undecided on whether I would switch entirely to resistance bands with my current muscle building goals. I definitely look forward to at least incorporating them as a rotating part of my workout though. And there's no question that their portability makes for an excellent and convenient workout option for travel.

Wouldn't honor warranty
I bought the product on the recommendation of a friend. I actually used the ones he had myself and I liked them. They seemed durable and provided good resistance. I used them for less than a year for squats, deadlifts, chest push etc.In early February I noticed damage in the extra heavy band. I reached out to the manufacturer and let him know. I had taken care of the bands properly and only the extra heavy band had an issue so I requested that one be replaced (and not the whole set).I did eventually get to submit my request to the manufacturer and then I waited. and waited. I followed up with them a month or so later. Then the extra heavy band snapped in half - I continued using it because I figured it would be replaced and I was hoping it would last until I got word back that my warranty would go through. It has been over a month - almost 2. I had these bands less than a year. The rest are more or less okay but the extra heavy band is no more and the manufacturer is unresponsive. If you're going to be a regular user of the bands - dont get them. If you do get them, just know that you won't have product support. If they had honored my warranty I would've given 4-5 stars but because they did not, I can only give a one star. No excuse for not at least communicating with me to at least challenge my warranty claim after I've issued it.
