Total dumpster fire
Only good thing about tree was the packing and quick postage.It’s perfect example how to not make bonsai tree. Base is split in two trunks and massive invers taper when branching starts… to correct that I need to chop tree to the stump and wait another 2/3 growing seasons to make basic broom style. Please notice even pot is wonky. I’m expected at least basic structure to be right, and develop only branches in future, in that case tree is just compost material. Money well spend…

Great product
The bonsai tree is high quality but i found elm beetles on the leaves and soil. The soil was not high quality either.
