Traditional Kwandao-Wood Shaft (2 Pieces)

It's a good solid training Kwan Dao. Light, but solid. Blade is perfect with regards to not being stiff, but not too wushu wobbly. Love the dragon etching in the blade!The staff part is NOT painted black, like in the description. It is wood. That is fine by me as I actually prefer the natural wood look. But if you want black, you might be disappointed.The two part nature of this makes it easy to carry in your car. Which I need. It screws together solidly and tightly.My only minor qualm is that this is the only Kwan Dao in the product line by Kungfu Direct that does not have the spikey tail end. I wonder why this one is different. It is the only thing that makes this not perfect. You know that going in buying it because they show that in the picture. But I wish this product was like all their others with regards to this.I have now bought two Kwan Dao's by them. This one and the Wushu one (to practice with when recovering from an injury.) I am very happy with both products! I highly recommend them.
