Q: How would I hang this on a plastic fence?

Hi Michelle, Thanks for your interest in our product. There are a couple ways you could hang this on a plastic fence. You could attach it to the top of the fence with spring clamps. You could also look into purchasing Command Party Mini Spring Clips, stick those to the fence then clip the banner to those clips. Another option would be to use heavy duty double sided tape. The product is very light weight, so any of these options should work. Hope that helps!

I don't know what you mean. This is made of a fabric and not vinyl.

Q: is this actuall gold glittered or is it digital printing to look like its glittered?

Hello! It's not glittery at all. It's just a print on the fabric. The picture gives the illusion that it glitters but it doesn't. I think it's the white dots amongst the gold that kind of make it look like glitter from a distance. It turned out ok when we took pictures of it.
