This item performed flawlessly. It's as good or better than the original. It's not easy to come by, I found several stores including Amazon, that did not carry it or did not have it in stock. I would recommend buying two because you never know. This will bring new life to your old French press, would recommend.

I absolutely love my Bodum Stainless French Press, but really needed to replace the filter. I looked for a replacement a while ago and couldn't find one - I was afraid I was going to have to buy a different coffee pot and retire this one. But I checked again and saw these. It worked perfectly (and I bought a spare, just in case). The stainless Bodum is a fabulous coffee maker - elegant but solid and keeps my coffee perfect. I highly recommend this product and company.

Lieferung dauerte zwar etwas länger aber kam aus Übersee da es bei uns nirgends verfügbar war.Passt 1 zu 1 zum alten.Die neue Dichtung ist transparent, die alte war schwarz. Was mich aber nicht stört.Jetzt wieder Kaffeegenuss ohne Satz 😊
