Has scratching on the roof, the face and the sides are in great conditon comes with a universal remote and all needed batteries and cords.

Unit works great
We have about 100 home movies on vhs that I wanted to transfer to DVD for safe keeping and convenience. I was scared about shipping them off to a transfer service. This machine made it so easy.I'm glad I did it this way.

having a manual with it
I was unable to rescored. With no manual I was able to call it up on the computer. Reviewing it I found it only recorded on certain ones which I was looking for to record on more then one RW. It was to record on JVC x4 which I had but it didnt do it job to record. It seem to try then after a few seconds it would stop.. Was really DISAPOINT as believe it would do what I was looking for. I have several VCR tapes that I need to edit. So recording on just a R DVD doesn't do me much good. I'm HAPPY with how AMAZON handle these type of thinks.

Very dissatisfied.
The product was advertised as new, but the box had been opened and resealed. This was probably why there were no instructions included.

It worked, SORT OF.
It lasted for exactly 3 hours of transferring VHS to DVD. After 3 hours, the VHS picture has become corrupted with lines and waves and is unfixable with the tracking functions. I even tested the tapes I used at first, which played perfectly during the early use and the image was corrupted. I tried the same tapes in other players and the tapes played okay. This was an expensive piece of equipment for so little use.
