Q: What are the specs on the mounting holes on the back? Seems like an M8x1.25 but only goes in 2 threads.

Mounting holes on the back??? The headlight bezel is what holds the light in its bucket. And there are 3 screws holding the bezel to the bucket.

Q: Whats the extra red wire for didn't come with paper work

I believe the red wire is to wire to the fuse box so the top and bottom led lights stay on all the time. I didn’t wire it didn’t want running lights on all the time

Q: I purchased these for my 2015 jeep wrangler. the adapters are to short and will not find into the head light plugs. what do i do now?

Although they should fit, as mine were fit my 2015 JK, my plugs did not work either and you should send them back. Also, they don’t work correctly without anti flicker adapters which don’t come with the headlights.

Q: how do i connect the white cable to (ACC ) to the fuse box? any other cable missing ?

I just used a tester and found a terminal in fuse box that was only hot when key was on and hooked the daytime running lights into it.
